The Colorado’s Health Care Industry enlarges to go on with offering high positioning and opportunities. As the need for a high-performance skilled workforce to support the industry is on the go, job opportunities have begun to strike. Each year producing and granting health care jobs, Denver appended 43,250 jobs to along 222,270 workers working over there, Increment in Employment opportunities has hit the job growth in this region over a period of time.
Gov. Jared Polis, Announcing a $12 million grant in order to recruit and train almost 5,000 people from Colorado concerned with this field of health care unit will be trained in association with the U.S. Department of Labor. To achieve the required workforce, a step to overcome the requirements is been taken by the colleges within the Colorado Community College Systems. More apprenticeships are on the direct path with the new grant being announced.
In Partnership with the Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE) and Local health care providers along with some Institutions, CCCS will work to enhance offerings and Develop apprenticeships encouraging the students to go through the ‘EARN WHILE THEY LEARN’ model.
Having a Long History in providing beneficial Skill-based training CCCS in partnership with some other businesses. Arapahoe Community College and Centura health aligned together forming the largest and most robust registered apprenticeships in the field of Health care unit. National certification and post-secondary credentials in the minimum period of six months will be offered while working and learning on-site at a Centura Health Clinic. On the successful program completion, slightly directed to the full-time employment after the successful completion of the program in the health care apprentice will thus be proposed.
According to the Metro Denver Economic Development Centre, 57,070 is the average wage provided for the Colorado health care occupation. In partnership with the Kaiser Permanente, Centura health, HealthOne/HCA and UC Health, CCCS to establish apprenticeships that target the 23 occupations in health care.

Attaining a perception of this Model of LEARN AND EARN will motivate individuals to come through the available job opportunities and enhance their experience to become a certified trainer which includes Earning. Awarded $183.8 million dollars of the Colorado Grant part to the 23 Private-Public apprenticeship partnerships in the industry sectors, which include the IT’s, advanced manufacturing, and health care. The Organization supports the training of more than 85,000 apprentices across the country known for the scaling apprenticeship through the Sector Based Grant program.
