Generational Leadership
Robert M. Keiser, Ph.D., M.B.A., serves as Vice-Chancellor of the Graduate School at Keiser University.
As Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Keiser manages all operations for the university’s graduate and international programs. His leadership has led to significant growth in graduate and international enrolment, multiple national recognitions for academic excellence, and the successful launch of new master’s and doctoral programs. He has also secured new grants, and programmatic accreditations, and expanded the university’s reach with educational centers in Spain, Bolivia, Ecuador, Peru, Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam.
Beyond his professional role, Dr. Keiser volunteers as a gubernatorial appointee to the Florida Center for Nursing (FCN), where he helps research and recommend strategies to address Florida’s nursing workforce needs. He actively contributes to the Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges (FAPSC), having previously served as its President.
Dr. Keiser has also supported the Florida Department of Education through his service on the Rules and Accreditation Committees for the Commission of Independent Education (CIE).
